About the Role
Nottingham City Council is looking for a meticulous Information and Monitoring Officer to support its planning and environmental efforts. The successful candidate will manage and monitor Section 106 (S106) Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) and Building Safety Levy (BSL) agreements. This role is crucial in ensuring that financial contributions and biodiversity objectives from development projects align with local planning policies national regulations and the councils sustainability goals. Responsibilities include maintaining databases monitoring compliance conducting site visits and engaging with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of agreements.
