Team mission
We are looking for an experienced content marketer with a passion for the creator economy and a solid understanding about the challenges and opportunities influencers and creators face. This role requires a strategic thinker with handson experience in building content strategies managing online communities and driving engagement through datainformed decisionmaking.
You will play a key role in scaling one of the worlds largest travel creator communities by owning our engagement strategy managing our communication channels and helping shape the product and content offering for nano and micro influencers.

You will:
Community Engagement
- Design and execute a multichannel engagement strategy (email CRM social events) tailored to acquisition onboarding activation and retention phases of the user journey
- Define and own the value proposition and messaging for our creator community across audience segments (nano micro and midtier creators)
- Craft and optimize the messaging across the user journeyfrom social follower to active community member
- Lead the CRM strategy and execution ensuring personalized and impactful communication throughout the creator lifecycle
- Collaborate with Product teams to build community features that balance creator needs with business goals
- Track analyze and report on core community metrics including activation retention and churn across different regions
Content & Channel Management
- Steer the communication and channel strategy creating compelling content
- Manage the community Instagram and TikTok accounts including editorial planning creative production and performance optimization
- Test and refine messaging and formats to maximize reach engagement and conversion
- Own and track core KPIs such as follower growth follower to member conversion impressions CPM and CPE. Use these insights to refine strategies
Examples of projects you may have led
- Scaled social media channels to attract and engage relevant audiences
- Created multichannel content calendars and managed endtoend execution
- Launched targeted CRM campaigns to improve engagement and retention (ideally using HubSpot)
- Collaborated with Product and Tech teams to inform feature development based on creator insights and needs
Who you are
- 4 years in content marketing and/ or social media management
- Experience growing and managing social media channels especially Instagram and TikTok (YouTube is a plus)
- Demonstrated experience in developing engagement strategies for online communities
- Experience planning and executing CRM campaigns (using Braze HubSpot or similar CRM solutions)
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in interpreting performance data to inform decisions
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills; able to lead crossfunctional initiatives with multiple collaborators
- Bonus: Experience working in product marketing or on communityled products
