Job Description
TheHRChapter is hiring a Freelance Project Lead to support the coordination and execution of highimpact multidisciplinary projects across our purposedriven startup.
This is a parttime projectbased freelance role with flexibility and real potential for growth. You will help drive and coordinate highimpact initiatives across all areas of our growing purposedriven startup from product and community to marketing business development HR and tech. Youll work directly with the founding team to bring structure visibility and progress across multiple strategic projects in a fastpaced remote environment.
About your functions and responsibilities
Project Ownership & Coordination
Plan coordinate and follow through on businesscritical projects
Work crossfunctionally with tech design content HR and marketing collaborators
Translate strategic goals into clear action plans timelines and milestones
Monitor progress flag risks and ensure timely delivery of outcomes
Business & Community Development
Support the launch and growth of a global online community including monetization strategies (courses premium content etc.)
Coordinate with tech and content teams to develop a userfriendly digital platform
Help define and activate business development initiatives aligned with company goals
Website & Tech Oversight
Lead the migration of websites ensuring seamless UX performance and content integrity
Align technical development with evolving business needs and opportunities
Event & Program Management
Curate topics and coordinate virtual events (webinars workshops panels)
Oversee event logistics speaker coordination promotion and audience engagement
Ensure events are aligned with our broader brand and growth strategy
Marketing & Communications Support
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to maintain consistent brand messaging
Support planning of social media content blog development and SEOfriendly initiatives
Talent & Team Coordination
Work with HR and hiring teams to track recruitment workflows and team growth
Facilitate coordination across remote teams and time zones
What do you need to be successful
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary projects in a remote fastpaced environment (startup or digital business background is a plus)
- Strong skills in organization communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage priorities and navigate shifting requirements across multiple workstreams
- A proactive mindset attention to detail and focus on results
- Comfort using tools like Notion Trello Slack Airtable CMS platforms and webinar software
- Fluency in English; Spanish or other languages are a plus
