As a Czechspeaking Customer Support Specialist based in Lisbon you will be the first point of contact for customers providing timely empathetic and effective support through various communication channels. You will help resolve inquiries about products services accounts and more contributing to our mission of ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle sensitive and classified information with a focus on confidentiality.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/Fluent level Czech both oral and written as well as fluency in English (at least B2 level).
- Ability to work in a highly sensitive confidential environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proven ability to make decisions and work autonomously.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a customerfocused approach.
- Enthusiasm for tracking and improving both individual and team performance metrics.
- Familiarity with SAP and backoffice operations is an advantage (training can be provided).
