Tasks
Were looking for a highly motivated (Senior) Sales Manager who is excited to drive our B2B growth build strong client relationships and bring our AIpowered video translation platform to leading global companies. You will:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and target potential B2B customers through research and outreach campaigns.
- Customer Acquisition: Present and pitch CHAMELAIONs solution in calls demos and followups.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Build and manage the sales pipeline while optimizing internal processes.
- Key Account Management: Build longterm relationships with key clients understand their needs and help them integrate CHAMELAION successfully into their workflows.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and relay feedback from prospects and customers to help shape the product.
- Strategy & Scaling: Contribute to the development of our sales and account management strategy and create scalable processes playbooks and growth initiatives.
- Representation at Events: Represent CHAMELAION at trade fairs networking events and industry conferences to build visibility and generate leads

Your Experience:
Proven experience in B2B sales ideally in a SaaS or tech environment with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong cold outreach skills and a proactive hunter mentality.
- Confident and persuasive communication style both written and verbal you know how to own a pitch.
- Structured selfdriven working style with a strong sense of ownership
- Handson experience with CRM tools like HubSpot Pipedrive or similar
