Job Description
- Answer heavy volume of incoming calls.
- Respond to telephone mail email and inperson inquiries; determine service required.
- Utilize computer databases and information technology systems; research data needed to respond to inquiries.
- Maintain tracking system used to record and monitor inquiries and resolutions.
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients regarding their inquiries or feedback.
- Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities to promote products or services.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a wellorganized office environment to enhance productivity.
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills with experience in office software applications.
- Previous experience in client services or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a fastpaced environment.
