Job Description
Since 1967 Seatex has been an industry leader providing turnkey liquid and dry solids chemical compounding toll manufacturing and private brand packaging services. Seatex s corporate office and plant is in Rosenberg TX with a satellite plant in El Campo TX. All together we occupy 58 acres with over 500K sq. ft. of ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing and warehousing facilities.

Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for safely performing various maintenance tasks within the plant and office facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains equipment parts and supplies
- Assist other maintenance staff as needed for continuous facility operation
- Work with up to 480v for install repair and modifications
- Weld pipe and other materials as necessary
- Works within a safe and efficient manner
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Safety minded
- Mechanically inclined
- Welding experience required
- Electrical experience including 480 v
- Knowledge of mechanical maintenance
- 23 plus years mechanical maintenance experience
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds squat and move independently as need to perform job functions safely
- Excellent communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to work with all levels of organization
- Adaptable to fast paced environment
