Manage procurement activities for civil works including materials equipment and subcontracted services.
Liaise with project and design teams to ensure accurate procurement specifications.
Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) purchase orders and contract documents.
Perform technical and commercial evaluations of supplier proposals.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing quality and delivery timelines.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.
Maintain vendor databases and develop strong supplier relationships.
Track and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery and minimize project delays.
Resolve procurementrelated issues and disputes efficiently.
Keep detailed records and reports for management and audits.
Stay informed about market trends material innovations and vendor performance.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
4 to 5 years of proven experience in procurement within civil construction or infrastructure projects.
Sound knowledge of construction materials supplier markets and procurement best practices.
Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
Strong negotiation communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
