Job Summary:
Are you an experienced Building Designer/ Draftsperson who has excellent skills using REVIT Enscape and CAD Do you have experience in ResidentialCommercial and Industrial projects with excellent construction knowhow Can you work with other consultants such as engineers certifiers and councils If you ve answered yes we want to hear from you.
We re offering an exciting new fulltime role with our Armidale team. In this role you ll be committed to producing excellent design documentation with high levels of accuracy. Maintain a positive and can do attitude whilst developing strong relationships with our other consultants builders and most importantly our clients.

Requirements/Skills Needed:
Skills and Attributes
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Technical knowledge of the NCC and Australian Standards
- Enjoy working in a fastpaced office
- Effective communication skills
- Proactive decision maker
- Inspires a shared vision
Nonnegotiables:
- Excellent REVIT knowledge and know how
- Knowledge of the NCC (National Construction Code) and Australian standards or at least aware of them
- Experience in both commercial and residential architectural detailed drafting minimum of 3 years
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
Additional Job Details:
Setup and Location: Onsite (Ortigas Alabang Pampanga Cebu)
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST (7:00 AM 4:00 PM PH Time)
Employment Type: Fulltime

Requirements/Skills Needed: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in estimation, project costing, or a similar role. Proficiency in AroFlo CRM, and Groundplan software. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong understanding of Australian construction practices and regulatory standards. Speak English well. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in reviewing plans and documentation. Strong IT skills with the ability to learn and adapt to various tools and systems.
