Our client is an iconic Nigerian Fashion Design brand specializing in premium African apparel for the global elite class.
The Company is seeking to hire an experienced Operations Officer who is detailoriented and highly resourceful to oversee the daily operations of garment production and retail activities.
The ideal candidate must have a strong process management background with an eye for detail and experience in retail operations strategy execution and people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and address operational challenges driving solutions that enhance efficiency and profitability.
Streamline endtoend production processes ensuring timely delivery of bespoke pieces while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Oversee inventory supply chain logistics and vendor relationships to guarantee a seamless and sustainable flow of materials.
Develop and implement scalable operational systems and procedures.
Lead mentor and manage crossfunctional teams including production design logistics and customer service.
Ensure continuous staff development and training to maintain expertise in luxury fashion standards.
Identify growth opportunities while managing risks effectively.
Oversee customer service operations to ensure a superior bespoke client experience.
Implement innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Ensure consistent alignment between client expectations and service delivery.
Drive innovation within operations by adopting emerging technologies and best practices in the fashion industry.
A bachelor s degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field is typically required
1 3 years of experience managing operations preferably in the luxury or bespoke fashion industry.
Proficiency in inventory management software Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problemsolving skills for process optimization and issue resolution
Ability to work crossfunctionally with design production sales and procurement teams
