Job Description

At Team Everest we believe volunteering grows when the right partnerships are built.

As our Senior Volunteer & Beneficiary Executive you will connect with corporate leaders who can open doors to hundreds of volunteers. Your role is to pitch our volunteering programs build trust with decisionmakers and help them bring their employees on board.

You will not be convincing individuals. You will be convincing companies.

You will also lead our Volunteer & Beneficiary Recruitment team track numbers and design smart strategies to achieve our volunteer and beneficiary targets.

What You Will Do


Volunteer Recruitment

  1. Corporate Partnerships: Build strong relationships with corporate leaders and CSR teams to recruit volunteers.
  2. Lead Conversion: Turn initial interest from corporates into committed volunteer partnerships through clear impactful communication.
  3. Strategic Outreach: Create innovative strategies to recruit volunteers from corporates colleges online communities and NGOs.

Beneficiary Recruitment

  1. Leverage Existing Database: Choose suitable beneficiaries from our existing internal database for various programs.
  2. Network Expansion: Build new partnerships with NGOs schools and community leaders across multiple cities to recruit beneficiaries.
  3. Diverse Representation: Ensure beneficiaries come from varied backgrounds to make every program inclusive.

Team Leadership

  1. Team Management: Guide mentor and lead a recruitment team keeping everyone motivated and aligned with goals.
  2. Strategy Development: Regularly review signups from dashboards identify gaps and develop strategies to meet recruitment targets.
  3. Performance Tracking: Regularly check team progress adjust plans as needed and ensure the team consistently meets recruitment goals.


Communication & Relationship Building

  1. Corporate Communication: Confidently represent Team Everest with senior professionals clearly explaining the value of our volunteering opportunities.
  2. Clear Messaging: Ensure every interaction is positive clear and reflective of Team Everest s values.


Reporting & Insights

  1. Monitor Dashboards: Regularly track recruitment performance to spot areas needing immediate action.
  2. Weekly Updates: Provide detailed progress reports share key learnings and suggest new recruitment tactics to leadership.

Education: Any graduate degree


Skills required for Job:

  1. Excellent Communication: You must have strong verbal and written English skills especially for corporate conversations.
  2. Partnership Building: Ability to confidently build lasting corporate partnerships through persuasive conversations.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Experience in creating effective recruitment strategies and achieving set targets.
  4. Team Leadership: Experience managing a small team guiding their work and ensuring performance standards are consistently met.
  5. Analytical Skills: Comfortable using dashboards and analytics tools to monitor recruitment success and improve strategies.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent people skills to engage effectively with diverse groups including corporate professionals and beneficiaries.
  7. Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Google Sheets and managing data through online databases.
