Job Description
Title: NonIT Recruiter (Healthcare Engineer)
Location: CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai Remote
Duration: Long Term
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for nonIT roles in healthcare Engineer and legal sectors
Work on C2C W2 and fulltime hiring models for clients
Source and screen candidates from multiple channels: Job Boards (Dice Monster CareerBuilder Indeed LinkedIn) vendor networks and internal database
Conduct initial assessments schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and clients
Build strong pipelines for recurring positions in hospitals legal firms healthcare administration and compliance
Maintain accurate documentation and update ATS regularly
Negotiate salary/rates and handle onboarding for selected candidates
