Job Description
Join our manufacturing team as a Maintenance Lead for the Vials unit!
In this key leadership role youll be responsible for ensuring machinery runs smoothly through effective preventive and corrective maintenance leading a team of skilled technicians and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams manage spare parts and resources participate in ISO audits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Were looking for someone handson resultsdriven and committed to operational excellence.
Qualifications :
Education: Bachelors degree completed.
Experience: 36 years in industrial maintenance.
Knowledge of:
Preventive and corrective maintenance.
PLCs automation pneumatics electronics.
TPM 5S Six Sigma.
SAP AutoCAD Office tools.
English: Advanced technical level.
Skills:
Leadership.
Resultsoriented.
Stress tolerance.
Strong organization and commitment.
