Your Opportunity
Were looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our Tech Strategy AI & Data team.
In this role youll leverage your technical skills to develop maintain and support innovative solutions that solve realworld challenges in the payments industry. From designing and building scalable systems to ensuring seamless integration with key technologies your work will directly impact millions of users.
Youll also make an impact by:
- Facilitate alignment between business and IT and across the democratised IT landscape.
- Engage business and IT stakeholders building and maintaining relationships.
- Adapt to changing business and operating models.
- Analyse trends and disruptions and assess their impact on targeted business outcomes.
- Tell stories to visualize the future state and trigger longterm planning.
- Support various operating models such as projectcentric and productcentric.
- Communicate the value of enterprise architecture and its portfolio of services.
- Drive the evolution of the Enterprise Architecture team services and operating model.
- Coach and mentor other architects product owners/managers and business stakeholders to instil architectural thinking.
- Manage the Architecture Practice and build capability.
- Complement IT Senior Manager Architecture role such as contribute and develop content for Quarterly Business Reviews and Governance reporting.
- Prepare and address compliance obligation and audit reporting requirements and associated evidence.
Qualifications :
What youll bring
To succeed in this role youll have:
- Strong leadership skills along with exceptional soft and interpersonal skills including in teamwork facilitation and negotiation.
- Strong consulting skills such as in targeted communications engagement management stakeholder management and business development.
- Balances the longterm (big picture) and shortterm implications of individual decisions and organisation goals.
- Ready to think behave and act in an innovative consulting manner to drive the organisations digital business strategies. Be a creative problem solver or facilitator to ensure there are not prolonged periods of stalemate or relitigation of technology issues.
- Experience in designing implementing and embedding platform businesses and real time business models.
Youll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:
- Experience in the financial service sector.
- Engineering experience.
