Job Description

Reporting to the Talent Attraction and Acquisition Manager youll play a key support role within a highperforming team partnering with stakeholders to deliver a seamless endtoend recruitment experience. With a solid foundation in Talent Acquisition you will have the opportunity to gain extensive business knowledge enhance your skillset and take responsibility for operational initiatives that extend beyond traditional recruitment. 

We seek an individual with a proactive mindset and a positive attitudesomeone who is not only passionate about Talent Acquisition but also curious and willing to engage in broader People & Culture initiatives. This role is ideal for an ambitious Talent Acquisition professional with a minimum two years inhouse experience looking to develop their career. 

In this role you will: 

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver strategic recruitment support 
  • Manage endtoend recruitment while ensuring a great candidate experience and supporting internal mobility 
  • Promote TALs employer brand through engaging candidate interactions and digital outreach 
  • Support Talent Acquisition projects and contribute to sourcing strategies with a focus on innovation and diversity 
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance across systems and processes 

Qualifications :

  • Proven talent acquisition experience ideally gained from an inhouse environment 
  • Proven expertise in leveraging a variety of sourcing channels strategies to attract talent and build talent pools 
  • Superior communication skills and proven experience writing content for social media 
  • Proactive and ability to manage own time and deliver to agreed deadlines 
  • Experience using Workday (HRIS) and SmartRecruiters (CRM) desirable
