Job Description
As a program manager youll drive critical initiatives while working with cuttingedge technologies in a fastpaced exciting environment. Youll be responsible for designing developing and deploying deliverables as well as managing workflows structuring dynamic solutions based on client needs and feedback and crafting communications with stakeholders. Along the way youll support clients and fellow consultants to ensure quality delivery and professional growth.
What youll do
- Develop and deliver a training plan including drafting materials to educate employees on responsible AI principles development and deployment considerations and compliance requirements.
- Support our clients Responsible AI programs internal operations and program management including tracking the teams progress against our work plan and coordinating regular updates to key stakeholders on both operational and compliance metrics.
- Support Responsible AI Governance activities like managing RAIrelated agenda items for the AI Governance Council and coordinating input from multiple stakeholders at multiple levels of seniority.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure AI systems are designed and implemented in line with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
About the team
The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and nextgen technologies to solve our clients toughest business challenges. You will work sidebyside with architects managers and engineering consultants to gain a 360degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications :
- 35 years of program management experience in AI technology ethics risk management policy/compliance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Responsible AI practices AI technologies ethical considerations and relevant regulatory environments.
- Experience developing and implementing guidelines training programs and communication strategies.
- Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels and collaborating with a range of teams across an organization.
- Bachelors degree; advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting experience is highly preferred.
- Experience working in the tech industry.
- Experience delivering strategic programs in partnership with teams across an organization.
- Experience with product development processes AI and data governance frameworks and/or compliance processes.
- Familiar with large language models or generative AI technologies.
Additional Information :
At Logic20/20 we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package with a target base salary range of $115000 $134327 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience skills qualifications and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performancebased bonuses and other incentives.
