Job Description
Home Instead is looking for reliable and compassionate Home Care Assistants to support older adults living independently across the Cuffley and Cheshunt area. This role offers consistent parttime hours and the chance to truly make a difference in peoples lives.
Were currently seeking Care Professionals with availability for early mornings and evenings with the ability to commit to at least 36 shifts each week.
Qualifications :
Your Role Will Include:
Providing personal care (washing dressing toileting)
Medication reminders and routine support
Preparing light meals and helping around the home
Building positive trusting relationships through companionship
Logging accurate care notes and liaising with the wider team
Who Were Looking For:
Someone warm dependable and respectful
You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
Previous care experience is helpful but not essential we provide full training
A genuine interest in supporting others and making a positive impact

12.75 13.25 per hour with double pay on bank holidays
