We are on the lookout for a Acquisition Systems Specialist to join the Acquisition Systems & Capabilities team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Joining our Sales Team youll be instrumental in expanding our network empowering sellers to bring a strong portfolio of businesses onto the platform. Your work will equip sales teams with effective strategies and resources to identify and engage highpotential partners enhancing the quality of businesses joining our platform and contributing directly to Delivery Heros ecosystem growth.
What would you do
Lead the development and implementation of efficient partner acquisition tools and strategies including vendor grading for prioritizing highpotential businesses
Demonstrate strong autonomy in analyzing acquisition data conducting deepdives to identify potential issues and proactively flagging them to relevant stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and process integrity
Enhance performance tracking and reporting enabling datadriven insights to optimize sales productivity and identify deviations
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align acquisition tools with global strategies and adapt them for market needs
Identify process optimization opportunities and contribute to developing new features that streamline workflows and improve sales efficiency
Qualifications :
What you need to be successful
At least 3 years of experience in sales operations tools management or process improvement with a preference for experience in international markets
Expertise in data analysis and SQL with a strong record of generating actionable insights to drive business decisions
A proven ability to successfully implement sales tools and collaborate effectively across product teams and various stakeholders
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for effective collaboration
Proactive and selfdriven with experience in delivering scalable solutions. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
