About H&M NCG Asia Hub:
The NonCommercial Goods (NCG) Asia Hub is a vital part of H&Ms Store Implementation department with locations in Shanghai Hong Kong and New Delhi. We specialize in sourcing and procuring noncommercial goods essential for H&M stores and ecommerce sales channels. Our product range includes store interiors (shop fittings) campaign visual displays consumer shopping bags and ecommerce packaging.

Based in our Shanghai office youll thrive in an inspiring collaborative and dynamic atmosphere while playing a key role in securing a sustainable NCG supplier base that provides competitive advantages for H&M across the Asia region.
How many days are needed per week 3 5 Between 3 to 5 working days per week.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
The main objectives of this intern would be searching and create long list of potential suppliers for lighting shop fitting and print/props suppliers in Asia region with preferred suppliers outside of China e.g. Southeast Asia Japan Korea and India.
The expected deliverables would be long list of potential suppliers and sorted supplier profiles.
- Supplier Identification: Research and compile a list of potential suppliers in Asia.
- Data Collection: Gather information on pricing production capacity and certifications.
- Communication: Initiate contact with suppliers and request quotations or samples.
- Report Preparation: Summarize findings and provide recommendations for supplier selection.
Qualifications :
- Education: Pursuing a degree in Business Supply Chain Management International Trade or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Japanese or other Asian languages is a plus.
- Research Skills: Ability to conduct market research and analyze supplier data.
- Personal Goals: Eager to learn and selfconfidence are the must to have. Pursuing a career path in multinational companies in the future is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PPT.
