Identify engage and qualify leads through outbound efforts (calls emails LinkedIn).
Target decisionmakers across IT Compliance and Digital Transformation teams globally.
Present REDEs value proposition clearly and effectively to potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and pipeline progress in CRM.
Collaborate with marketing and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales KPIs.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
3 years of experience in outbound sales for an IT software or consulting company.
Strong understanding of SaaSbased services enterprise solutions or ServiceNow ecosystem (a plus).
Excellent communication relationshipbuilding and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a fastpaced sales team.
Experience with CRM tools and outbound sales automation platforms.
Must have experience of working with an IT Consulting or Software company
