Job Description
Join us in providing staffing solutions that help hospitals aged care facilities and clinics deliver highquality patient care by:
Proactively recruit and onboard highquality healthcare workers for our customer ensuring speed quality and candidate satisfaction.
Collaborate with your recruitment operations team members to convert candidates into active workers and meet client needs efficiently.
Manage recruitment processes compliance and performance targets to support workforce growth and retention.
Fulltime hybrid role (2 days WFH) near Town Hall Station
Monday to Friday supportive team training & bonuses incentives

Our ideal candidate will inspire the following:
Strong customer service and communication skills;
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fastpaced environment;
Initiative and ability to work autonomously or within a team;
- Any experience in recruitment/Operations experience is highly desirable but will make your application stand out;
- Any experience in the Healthcare sector will give you an advantage!
Demonstrated experience in a commercial call centre sales or recruitment environment
Proficiency in MS Office and time management
A background in multisite service businesses or targetdriven environments
