Our Risk & Operational Solutions team sells into the financial verticals that provide products and services directly to US consumers. We help our customers to authenticate their customers mitigate fraud and reduce the need for introducing unnecessary friction during every consumer contact across every interaction channel (web mobile contact center etc.). By providing data services designed to optimize both inbound and outbound contact strategies and the subsequent consumer interaction we deliver our clients the consumer insights they need to deliver great customer experiences realizing significant operational savings and mitigating both fraud and compliance risks.
This role will be focused on selling to a defined list of strategic enterprise accounts within Financial Services. You will work exclusively within these accounts as a trusted partner who deeply understands their challenges and goals.
