Job Description
- Review subgrantee fund requests to ensure alignment with the agreed budget and policies;
- Review accountabilities submitted by subgrantees after fund retirement to verify activities were carried out as per the approved budget;
- Verify the authenticity and completeness of all payments related to project activities ensuring proper supporting documentation confirms implementation;
- Monitor appropriate use of program assets used in the implementation of program activities;
- Conduct field visits at the facilities and grantee levels to observe program implementation.
- Preparing biweekly reports; and
- Assist in the development and implementation of tools and processes for grant monitoring and risk assessment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Accounting and Finance Economics Actuarial Science or related field;
- Familiarity with Audit and Risk Analysis;
- Familiarity with USAIDfunded projects including their regulatory requirements and operating environment in Tanzania is an advantage.
