We are the Digital Enablement Solutions Team (DES) in Corporate IT where we champion the technology needs of our Visa staff. Our mission is to drive exceptional quality effectiveness and efficiency of services to our users and business functions. Our vision is to evolve faster than the challenges fill gaps that are yet unknown and not only see around walls but knock them down. We have an exciting new position for a Digital Content Strategist.
We are looking for a dedicated professional who will be responsible for developing managing and implementing digital content strategies to enhance employee engagement and adoption of various tools and technologies. As a key part of our Organizational Change Management team within DES the Digital Content Strategist will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our employees are wellequipped with the necessary information and resources to adapt to new technologies and systems. This will involve working closely with other departments to understand the impact of technological changes on various roles and designing content strategies that help employees transition smoothly.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD OR 8 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD OR 8 years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrated experience in developing and managing digital content strategies.
Strong writing skills and ability to create clear compelling and engaging content that effectively communicates key messages and resonates with the target audience.
Ability to comprehend and translate complex technical concepts into terms that are easy to understand for technical and nontechnical audiences.
Ability to create digital content optimized for search engines (SEO).
Experience tracking content metrics and performance using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite of products required (including SharePoint and Viva Engage).
Proficient in creating engaging digital content with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and prioritize tasks to complete various projects.
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing content.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
