The Services Digitization organization is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the expansion of Visas primary customer support portals servicing a wide range of client types worldwide through AI selfservice tools and a robust CRM system. The Senior Consultant Product Management will focus on delivering products that elevate the client experience making engagement with Visas support teams simple intuitive and rewarding.
This is a broadreaching role that requires strong crossfunctional collaboration product leadership and a deep understanding of Visas service excellence promise.
Key responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for product development from discovery to delivery and iteration/optimization. Driving the product execution internally and capturing feedback by interacting directly with our clients internal stakeholders and subjectmatter experts and our development teams.
- Contribute to the vision and strategy for Visas main support portal including but not limited to portal consolidation database mapping adoption onboarding user experience and ticket management.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with customer support UX design CRM development and business teams as needed ensuring alignment with goals roadmap and Visas broader strategy.
- Lead endtoend product lifecycle management from discovery to development through launch and continuous optimization.
- Lead ongoing product analysis efforts to identify user needs and solve problems in effective innovative and sustainable ways.
- Engage with clients partners and internal stakeholders to understand user needs map personas and validate use cases for various market segments globally.
- Work with technology security and risk teams to ensure the solutions meet Visas high standards for security and compliance.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Proven product management experience with a track record of bringing largescale solutions to market
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with customer support UX design CRM development and business teams as needed ensuring alignment with goals roadmap and Visas broader strategy.
- Experience in APIdriven product development and working with engineering teams in an agile environment
- Excellent verbal written and presentation skills in English with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within Visa and externally with clients
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies
- Experience in user behavior analytics (Pendo Google Analytics Medallia Tableau etc.)
- Proven experience collaborating crossfunctionally across product engineering sales marketing risk and compliance teams
- A passion for constant learning and development as well as a deep commitment to delivering innovative userfriendly and secure product experiences.
What will also help:
- Background or experience in financial and/or payments products
- Deep M&A and/or product consolidation experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity and experience with GenAI product solutioning
