Job Description
1. Achieve individual sales target (i.e. Rev IO AR Inventory New Focus Customer etc.).
(
2. Regularly collect the information from market customers and and competitors for the maintenance of the customer profile and providing the high quality sales forecast timely.
3. Develop customer strategy for Top Priority Customers and be accountable for the results.
4. Identify new customer and requested resources to maximize the DC share of customers wallet.
5. Proactively build up and upgrade the right competency to implement customer strategy successfully.
6. Lead and organize the interactions and activities with customers (i.e. visit meeting product promotion customer seminars fair support etc.).

7. Proficient in using tools to manage daily work (i.e. MS Office SAP CRM PROMIS etc.)

Qualifications :
degree or above Technology background major in Electrical Engineering & Automation or Mechatronics.
2. Good English communication skills.
3. Team working spirit and effective communication.
4. Initiative and passionate on work
