About the Role
The Customer Success Analyst is a critical team member who will be responsible for delivering efficient implementations and providing ongoing technical support to our existing customers. This is a great opportunity to develop deep product and industry knowledge.
The role is highly analytical and crossfunctional; youll be collaborating closely with Product and Commercial teams to create the bestinclass customer experience for the worlds leading private equity venture capital and alternative investment firms.
