JOB SUMMARY
The Department of Dining Services at the University of Connecticut has an opening for an Area Manager in its Residential Operations. This position is a state salaried fulltime position employed by the University of Connecticuts Department of Dining Services Storrs Campus. This position under the general direction of the Associate Dining Services Director or designee is responsible for the oversight of the assigned Residential Dining Hall. The position complies with the culinary standards of the department and is responsible for overseeing and directing culinary nutrition and technical services that relate to food technology food science and food preparation/presentation for an assigned dining operation.

The annual salary is $80790 and is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Comprehensive benefit package which includes medical and dental insurance.
