Job Description

The goal of the Sales Operations Manager is to drive successful execution of our sales processes and capability development leading to above market growth. The Sales Operations Manager will partner with the business unit & Sales teams to support the management and execution cadence for a $1.4B business.

The Sales Operations Manager role is pivotal in providing a deeper level of support to the VP of Sales across our various Sales Teams. The North America (NA) Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) Commercial Excellence function offers a broad level of support across standard and repeatable processes. The purpose of this role is to work with the Commercial Excellence team to drive these processes deep into each Sales Team tailoring them to the needs of the business. The Sales Operations Manager will also lead sales training and development across our direct and indirect sales channels.

The Sales Operations Manager will have a high level of visibility in the organization gaining exposure to developing commercial strategies leading North America sales teams and driving process adoption to enhance the daily execution of the business.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process Ownership of Monthly Review Cadences for the NA PES Sales Team Win/Loss Business Unit Sales Funnel Reviews Business Reviews External Channel Partner Reviews Funnel Pulse for Sales Directors and Lead Generation and Conversion.

  • Creation and Implementation of an Onboarding program for new sales associates

  • Creation and facilitation of the SEAL (Sales Engineering & Leadership) Program for entry level sales associates

  • Collaboration with Segment Marketing Product Management and Marketing to develop a product training program for sales associates

  • Drive the sales calendar with sales leadership to ensure adherence

  • Standardize and improve processes across tools reporting and different teams

  • Maintain distribution lists for internal and external sales team members to foster communications

  • Partner w/ Digital Marketing to develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns and content.

  • Organize and drive Sales KPIs and Scorecards with Sales Leadership Teams. Partner with analytics teams to drive daily management with best in class sales dashboards for all levels of the sales organization.

  • Collaborate with the Director of FP&A to strengthen the forecasting process for the Regional & Strategic Sales Teams

  • Partner with other Regal Rexnord Business Segments to share best practices as it relates to Sales Methodologies KPIs Processes & calendars

  • Business acumen specifically in Sales Operations Management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: B.S. Degree preferred

  • Experience: 5 years of experience in Sales Channel Management or Sales Operations required

  • Ability to influence key stakeholders in matrix environment

  • Ability to adjust to varying priorities must be flexible and able to handle more than one activity at a time

  • Highly organized and detailed oriented

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Very strong Excel skills

  • Very strong PowerPoint skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Comfortable with Database creation and operations and the ability to manipulate large amounts of Data.

  • Proven experience of driving improvement and efficiency in commercial environment

  • Above average verbal and written communication skills

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

$150000 bonus potential

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the companys base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors including but not limited to the physical worksite location the geographic market of that location candidates skill set level of experience education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
