Tapestry Solutions a part of Boeing Global Services BGS is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Maryland Heights MO. In this role not only will you provide business insight as you integrate financial data but will also lead processes drive efficiency and develop strong relationships with a multitude of business partners. This role will offer a mix of inoffice (minimum 2 days per week) and telecommuting work.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial analysis and integration for Mission Products & Services Programs
  • Develop resource spend plans Estimates at Completion (EACs) and forecasts for program budgets and monitor performance to plan
  • Leads development of program annual longrange business plan (LRBP) and monthly forecast
  • Performs regular variance analysis and provides recommendations to senior leaders
  • Develop analyze and deliver monthly program financial contract requirements
  • Makes recommendations to senior leaders using financial data and business knowledge
  • Creates a culture of continuous improvement by communicating/deploying enterprise best practices and employee engagement to improve quality cost delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Establishes partnerships and relationships with program leadership peers and functional leaders

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • 6 years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance Contracts Estimating Procurement Financial Analysis Business Operations Supplier Management Marketing & Sales Analysis)
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel application

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Motivated selfstarter and selfdirected learner with a creative mind and strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional critical thinking problem solving negotiation communication and interpersonal skills
  • Combination of experience performing analysis in U.S. Government and Commercial business environments
  • Demonstrated presentation skills to senior managers and/or executives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word Excel PowerPoint

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance PostStart is required.
