Caterpillar is looking to add a Total Rewards Specialist to our team. As the Total Rewards Specialist for our Peoria IL location you will have an exciting opportunity to make a difference for Caterpillar people employees retirees and the communities within which we live and work. What you will do:
- Provides Total Rewards consultancy services to internal customers in support of health care benefits for employees and retirees and total health & wellbeing programs
- Administers Total Rewards programs and policies and manages employee data in line with company.
- Participates in Total Rewards related projects interacting and communicating with internal and external partners.
- Performs qualitative and quantitative research and analysis on Total Rewards related programs to support business.
- Ensures compliance of Total Rewards programs and policies and manages employee data in line with company policies.
What you will have:
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
Interpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Benefits Programs: Knowledge of employee benefits programs processes issues of benefit programs.
Retirement Programs: Knowledge of features policies and processes of retirement programs.

Summary Pay Range:
$71040.00 $106440.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjobrelated knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
