Sales Support & Pricing Coordinator (Contract)
Location: Wilmington DE (Onsite MondayFriday)
Compensation: $58000$60000 annually (no bonus)

The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Sales Support & Pricing Coordinator to join our clients team on a contract basis. This is a critical administrative role that supports the U.S. Sales division with pricing updates account maintenance and internal coordination across teams. Its ideal for a detailoriented individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment and enjoys owning their workflow from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Administration & Pricing Support:
  • Update and manage deviated pricing contracts and act as the primary liaison between Sales and Shared Services.
  • Respond to and manage field inquiries related to pricing discrepancies and credit processing.
  • Process sales promotional credits in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Account & Territory Support:
  • Assist with territory customer and vendor account maintenance.
  • Maintain and update customer communication lists; ensure data accuracy within Salesforce CRM.
  • Internal Communication & Workflow Ownership:
  • Serve as the key point of contact for the U.S. Sales team within a designated region.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously collaborating with other internal departments as needed.
  • Build a working knowledge of team priorities and project timelines.
  • Provide general administrative support and ad hoc assistance as required.

Qualifications:

  • 35 years of experience in a relevant administrative or sales support role (noncalendar/appointment based).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM is an asset.
  • Must live within a 20mile radius of Wilmington DE.
  • This is a fully onsite role Monday through Friday.
