Job Summary:
As a Closing Coordinator in Wholesale Loan Services you will coordinate postapproval activities with Credit Officers and Underwriting to ensure all loans are closed and funded to meet our clients expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain an individual pipeline of active commercial loans.
- Collect and review legal loan documentation for operational feasibility optimal execution mechanics regulatory requirements and mitigation of operational risk.
- Review and advise on funding mechanics and operational requirements relating to products processes and policies.
- Coordinate flow of postapproval tasks from mandate to booking.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask through the practice of strong organizational and time management skills.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in commercial loan products and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
