About the Role
Were looking for a creative and resourceful Branded Merchandise & Events Manager to help amplify our brand from the swag people cant stop wearing to the events theyll never forget. Youll lead all things merch and event experience making sure every touchpoint feels true to who we are: bold human and memorable.
If you love building things have a knack for making brands tangible and love running fastpaced events that wow our teams and customers we want to meet you.
What Youll Do
Own Our Swag Game:
Dream up and deliver branded merchandise that people actually want from first interviews to big product launches.
Manage the entire merch lifecycle: sourcing design vendor management ordering fulfillment and inventory tracking.
Build gifting experiences for customers partners and employees that feel personal and highimpact.
Stay ahead of trends to make sure our swag stays fresh and buzzworthy.
Bring Our Events to Life:
Lead planning and execution of live and virtual events company offsites customer meetups conferences sponsorships and more.
Handle the details: venue selection logistics travel catering runofshow onsite experience youll own it endtoend.
Work crossfunctionally with Sales Marketing People Ops and Leadership to align events with business goals and brand voice.
Track and measure event performance and attendee feedback to constantly level up.
Be a Brand Champion:
Make sure every merch drop and event feels authentic to our brand values and tone.
Partner with our design and marketing teams to keep a consistent look feel and story across every experience.
Help launch internal initiatives like welcome kits and employee appreciation that build an unbeatable company culture.
What Youll Bring
35 years experience in branded merchandise programs experiential marketing and/or event planning (bonus if youve worn all the hats at a fastgrowing company).
A strong eye for design trends and what makes an experience memorable.
Rockstar project management skills organized detailed and cool under pressure.
Experience managing external vendors and negotiating contracts.
Budget management skills (you know how to stretch a dollar without cutting corners on quality).
Flexibility and scrappiness youre not afraid to roll up your sleeves and solve problems on the fly.
Excellent communication skills and a teamfirst attitude.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Familiarity with platforms like Sendoso Printfection Cvent Splash or Asana.
Experience building experiential marketing programs from the ground up.
A sense of humor events dont always go as planned but you roll with it and find a way to make magic anyway.
