Job Summary

The Client Complaints Office is looking for a dynamic candidate to play an important role and contribute to a transformational initiative. In order to implement the changes made to the regulatory environment in which the Client Complaints Appeal Office operates we are seeking a candidate that can bring a problem solving mindset that can demonstrate leadership skills without having authority and that is interested in learning about change management.

The Client Complaints Office is looking for a dynamic candidate to play an important role and contribute to a transformational initiative. In order to implement the changes made to the regulatory environment in which the Client Complaints Appeal Office operates we are seeking a candidate that can bring a problem solving mindset that can demonstrate leadership skills without having authority and that is interested in learning about change management.

What will you do

  • Support management with initiatives including support with client correspondence templates creation/revision and procedure reviews and preparation of revision proposals
  • Support management with regulatory changes/initiatives
  • Provide support with data/compliance verification
  • Support and reinforce targeted behaviours that contribute to RBC goals.
  • Accept and successfully execute change (processes tools) while keeping a focus on business priorities.

What do you need to succeed

Musthave

  • Bilingual (English/French). Strong written and verbal skills in both languages
  • Preferably experience in roles involving client contact and conflict resolution or change management project management compliance audit or administration.
  • Detail oriented and ability to work well without direct daily supervision
