Your Mission:

The Emerging Enterprise Executive at UiPath will be full responsible for developing a regionally organized set of customers. This includes new as well as existing clients.
Operating on all levels is required including CSuite decision makers. The team is built with committed entrepreneurial and highenergy software sales executives. They work every day with innovators and business leaders through to heads of process improvement and of course automation to deliver business and individual value at client organizations

  • Operate in harmony with our company values: Bold Humble Immersed and Fast

  • Achieve set sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedule

  • Build UiPaths brand in the marketplace by presenting promoting and selling UiPath solutions. Become the UiPath face to the market for the respective territory.

  • Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations

  • Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory

  • Collaborate with PreSales and other supporting functions to ensure bestinclass customer experience

  • Monitor the companys industry competitors new products and market conditions to understand a customers specific needs

This is what youll bring to the team

  • High level of energy enthusiasm and entrepreneurship. 5 years ofexperience in sales.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills inEnglish

  • High aptitude for crossfunctional collaboration and cross functionalinfluence internally and externally

  • Ability to work selfsufficiently with limited direction in a fastpacedenvironment; must be a high energy motivated selfstarter.

  • Dataorientated approach to territory planning as well as personalperformance
