Job Description

Lehigh University a premier educational institution renowned for its commitment to academic excellence and student success is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our dynamic team as a Coordinator within the Office of University Counseling and Psychological Services (UCPS).

In this crucial role you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the wellbeing and holistic development of our exceptional student community. Your primary responsibilities will involve providing comprehensive support and coordination to the UCPS office enabling our skilled counselors to deliver outstanding mental health services and resources to our diverse student population.

Position Number: S71490

This position is a Grade: 7 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $36640$43980 and is subject to change based on experience skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist students and other constituents; make initial assessment of need; address questions and refer constituents to appropriate personnel; schedule appointments; and track client and service outcomes.
Oversee triage and process student input of demographic information testing consents and clinical data; and monitor and direct risk response.
Serve as Department Employment Coordinator for all positions and ongoing yearly trainee hiring and onboarding process and manage APPIC matching program employment system.
Manage and administer the selection process for all positions including the accreditation matching program.
Supervise and coordinate student referrals from the Student Conduct Office for centers drug/alcohol (AOD) programs.
Anticipate forecast and prepare suggested yearly budget expenditures.
Manage process compile reports and advise director on budget status and handle discrepancies.
Provide receptionist clerical and administrative assistance in the center.

Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Secretarial science Psychology a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelors Degree preferred
Three to five years of related work experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customerservice mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management
Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
