Job Description
MercedesBenz of New Rochelle is looking for a friendly professional and motivated Receptionist to join our team. If you have excellent customer service skills the ability to multitask and are seeking longterm career growth with a company that values and supports its employeesthis is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors with a warm professional demeanor
- Answer and direct calls using a multiline phone system
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Qualifications:
- Previous office or reception experience; automotive dealership experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable eager to learn and committed to excellent customer service
- Familiarity with CDK/ADP software is a plus but not required
