Job Description
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in the financial accounting and general ledger information technology area
- 3 years of Handson experience on with SAP Smart Data Integration SDI
- SAP S/4 Technofunctional experience.
- Functional Knowledge on the SAP Financial Product SubLedger (FPSL)
- Handson experience in integrating the SAP S/4 with upstream and downstream applications
- Experience in design and development of complex accounting integration projects
- Translate functional requirements to technical specifications for SAP S/4 landscape.
- Handson experience in DB2 SQL Server and S/4 HANA Databases
- Handson experience on performance optimization projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP/S4 certification in FICO modules is preferred.
- Experience in providing support to SAP S/4 Implementation and SAP S/4 Upgrades.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
Skills
Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery.
Application Design Architecture: Knowledge of basic activities and deliverables of application design; ability to utilize application design methodologies tools and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design.
Documentation Architecture and Design: Knowledge of documentation architecture and design; ability to build efficient processes use appropriate tools and technique and create complete documentation portfolios for software or technology products.
Software Development: Knowledge of software development tools and activities; ability to produce software products or systems in line with product requirements.
System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications databases and technology platforms.
Technical Writing/Documentation: Knowledge of technical writing; ability to write technical documents such as manuals reports guidelines or documents on standards processes and applications.

This role oversees data integration activities within our general ledger financial products subledger and peripheral systems. Youll join a technology group thats tightly coupled with our finance team to automate business processes and unlock capacity for enhanced analytics and new ideas.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Crossorganizational collaboration.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to team members as needed.
- Staying up to date with SAP products & services.
- Analyze existing financial processes to identify improvements and recommend solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes.
In office schedule: This position will be working in the office 23 days per week.
The base salary range for this position is $110000 $142000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills experience and geographical location. In addition to base pay Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases spot bonuses and shortterm incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
