DescriptionAbout the Role
This role is part of a broader initiative to enhance HR and payroll processes across a government-wide system utilizing SAP technology. The position involves working closely with various agencies and stakeholders to design develop and maintain an efficient and modernized HR and payroll system. The goal is to improve productivity and organizational effectiveness while ensuring that the system meets evolving policy and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret HR policy objectives and translate them into effective system solutions using SAP.
- Propose new workflows and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee system upgrades and maintenance to ensure its continued effectiveness.
- Prioritize user experience (UX) and incorporate stakeholder needs into system design.
- Collaborate with agencies and consultants to manage change and ensure a seamless transition to the new system.
- Assess and recommend new technologies and add-ons to optimize HR processes.
RequirementsDesired Skills & Experience
- Experience in implementing and maintaining HR enterprise systems preferably SAP HCM (ECC or HANA).
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices with the ability to integrate them into system solutions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess challenges from a strategic perspective and propose user-centric solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills including gathering feedback and effectively communicating system changes.
- Project management expertise with the ability to plan analyze data and drive initiatives effectively.
