Job Description
Are you a techsavvy programsolver with a passion for higher education Lehigh University a prestigious research institution is seeking a Slate Specialist to manage and provide enduser support for our Graduate Enrollment Management (GEM) offices.
As a member of the Enrollment Management Services (EM Services) team youll work in tandem with fellow systems managers fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and continuous improvement. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our graduate programs and the overall student experience.
Position Number: S99090
This position is a Grade: 10 40 with an approximate salary range of $66270$80620 and is subject to change based on experience skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the various technologies utilized throughout the graduate enrollment funnel. These technologies include but are not limited to: Slate by Technolutions Banner and related Ellucian products.
Implement Configure monitor maintain and troubleshoot issues within Slate as necessary to provide endusers with needed functionality. This includes creation of fields tabs and writing of triggers within the system.
Support and direct college coordinators with their graduate technology related needs.
Host regularly scheduled GEM meetings to address issues and identify the technical needs of the colleges.
Support the college coordinators with reporting and dashboarding creation as needed. Train and assist the staff in running and/or creating their own reports where appropriate.
Provide additional support as needed for the other systems managers in the Enrollment Management office group supporting Undergraduate Admissions Financial Aid and other offices central to student success.
Collaborate and work closely with University constituents and 3rd parties to accomplish daily work as well as short term and long term projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degreein Information Technology or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Three to five years of related work experience
Slate experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with higher education systems and processes is a plus
