MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- SALARY ON OFFER:R15491.00 BASIC EXCELLENT COMPANY BENEFITSper month
- Matric
- CompletedB. COMM DEGREEin Agriculture / Supply Chain MGT / Logistics / Food Sciences or Horticulture(ESSENTIAL)Graduated (Transcripts to be provided)
- Minimum working experience acceptable In the Retail / FMCG Industry(contactable reference required)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Presentation skills)
- Must be open to relocation in South Africa by the company(ESSENTIAL)
- Willing to work in a freezer / packhouse environment (cold chain)
- Must have a valid drivers license (no endorsements)(ESSENTIAL)
- Own reliable vehicle / arranged transport
- Strong numeracy literacy and organisational skills
- Must have evidence of Integrity leadership achievements
- Proficient on MS Office packages & possess a high level of computer literacy
- Must be willing to work retail hours weekends and public holidays
- Incumbent must be determined hardworking flexible and enthusiastic to build a career in Retail

Main duties & Job Function:
- A management trainee works under the supervision of managers and executives in organizations
- Their goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become future managers.
- Management trainees may often rotate to different company departments to learn all company functions policies and staff duties.
- Willing to work Retail hours and work overtime
- Willing to work in a Packhouse / Coldroom environment
