POSITION SUMMARY:
The Restaurant Lead manages daily operations of the entire restaurant including restaurant appearance presentation customer experience professional leadership and direction to all employees.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ensures compliance with operational standards company policies federal/state/local laws and ordinances.
Demonstrates knowledge of the entire food and beverage menu and its preparation.
Enforces safety and sanitary practices and maintenance for the entire restaurant.
Completes all relevant SOPs (compliance and procedural items).
Completes all relevant Sytems in Place.
Exercises good judgement and makes wellinformed decisions
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:6 months restaurant management experience in serving and managing beer wine and liquor
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITY
Awareness of State and Local Liquor Laws
Front of House Restaurant Experience Preferred
Team Building/Collaboration
Time Management
Team Player

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Regular walking standing lifting up to 50lbs etc.
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
Performs tasks and duties under general supervision using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments. Often makes recommendations to work procedures policies and practices.
