Description
The position is primarily responsible for planning coordinating and assigning work to the maintenance personnel to operate hospital facilities effectively and efficiently. Also this position is primarily responsible for the implementation of the Preventative Maintenance Programs and maintaining and supplying equipment/parts to accomplish these programs.
Required:
13 Years experience in building operations and supervision.
High School Diploma
