ATS is seeking a Sr. Content Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of the content strategy for Relay and ATS events. This highly crossfunctional role will see you collaborating with stakeholders across the organization from product teams to industry experts to deeply understand our offerings create compelling narratives that drive action and own translating that knowledge into thoughtprovoking content that inspires our audience.
Key job responsibilities
Drive the development and delivery of engaging content (e.g. speaker sessions panel discussions workshops livestream productions) that aligns with our business goals Relay brand messaging and audience needs
Clearly communicate content strategies to internal leadership to gain alignment and support on messaging and execution
Identify content requirements and oversee the full lifecycle of eventrelated content from ideation to postevent analysis
Work closely with content owners designers and subject matter experts to produce relevant onbrand content that resonates with both internal and external audiences
Utilize data and metrics to measure the impact of your content and identify areas for improvement
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fastpaced dynamic environment
8 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs
Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
5 years of experience leading complex content marketing programs and initiatives
Experience driving direction and alignment with large crossfunctional teams and agency partners
Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
