Provide administrative support by conducting research preparing statistical reports handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as correspondence receiving visitors arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned.
Provide word processing and secretarial support.
May prepare invoices reports memos letters financial statements and other documents using word processing spreadsheet database or presentation software.
Assists in the completion of various duties which require accountability in financial tracking of areas such as payroll accounts receivable accounts payable and inventory.
Responsible for various duties to meet District/State schedules and deadlines.
Perform general office duties such as maintaining records management database systems and performing basic bookkeeping work in areas such as payroll accounts receivable accounts payable and inventory.
Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
Maintain a general filing system of work including financial and human resource documents.
Maintains Director confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Maintains an organized work area.
Other clerical duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities or Office Manager.
High school diploma; some college preferred. General administrative/clerical or related experience.
230 day contract 8 hours per day.
