Job Description:
As an Account Manager you will drive the growth and development of the DC/POS market in Romania working collaboratively with vendors and channel partners to achieve business objectives. Your role will involve strategic planning sales execution and fostering strong industry relationships to enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Strategy Implementation Develop and execute growth initiatives in collaboration with vendors and partners.
- Project Management Identify develop and successfully close sales opportunities while maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline oversight.
- Industry Knowledge & Expertise Stay informed on market trends technologies and product developments to provide the highest level of technical and sales support.
- Business Development & Partner Engagement Conduct professional product presentations training sessions and partner events to strengthen collaboration and drive portfolio growth.
- Channel Expansion Identify and recruit new channel partners ensuring specialization in the Data Capture and POS portfolio.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience Minimum of 3 years in a similar role with a strong track record in sales and account management.
- Education Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Industry Knowledge Comprehensive understanding of IT distribution local market dynamics and relevant AutoID/POS technologies.
- Skills Strong negotiation sales communication and problemsolving abilities.
- Professional Attributes Resultsdriven adaptable and collaborative with a strategic mindset.
- Technical Proficiency Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
- Language Proficiency Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Mobility Willingness to travel across Romania to engage with partners and support business operations.
- Drivers License Required for travel and market engagement.
