Description

The Senior Associate HR Shared Service working under general supervision is responsible for applying existing organizational practices and procedures for the administration of human resources functions encompassing HRIS compensation benefits staffing and compliance with legal regulations in a timely manner. The role applies research information gathering analytical and interpretation skills to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity to foster a compliant and ethical work environment. The role also contributes to the enhancement of HR processes and the successful execution of special projects all while maintaining accurate employee information in the HR database.



Responsibilities
  • Handle end to end Payroll compliances(PF ESI Gratuity NPS & Superannuation) & Establishment compliances (PT LWF CLRA S&E Trade license registrations) requirement
  • Establish and build relationship with Govt Offices and regulatory bodies leverage Industry networking to benchmark best practices.
  • Accurate and timely filing of returns maintaining statutory records adhering to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor changes in statutory laws and regulations and assess their impact on the companys operations develop and implement internal processes to ensure compliance with the same.
  • Thorough knowledge of Indian statutory laws and regulations and labor laws
  • Review consultant performance through KPI (Key performance Indicator)
  • Exhaustive statutory checklist to be presented with management by obtaining input from consultant on quarterly basis
  • Report out statutory amendments / deviations
  • Handle Budget Purchase order SLA & Invoice verification for consultant services
  • Support internal audits requirements for statutory process
  • Hands on experience onproblem solving & employee solutions
  • Ability to handle crisis situations and report out to management for timely decisions.
  • Good negotiation skills to collaborate with corporate counsels and management to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degree or masters Degree (preferred) in Human Resources Organizational Development or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum 56 years of work experience in HR shared service & statutory compliance related field

Work Requirements:

  • Candidates with strong and thorough knowledge of Indian statutory laws and regulations
  • Candidates with good communication and process improvement mindset to simplify/standardize the activities
  • Continuous improvement mindset to eliminate the nonvalueadded activities
  • Lead and deliver the projects in statutory and also capable to support to other team members
