Senior Human Resources Business Partner

The Boeing Companys Finance and Enterprise Services Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on HR excellence.

The HRBP will be a trusted partner collaborating with leadership and fellow HR teammates to provide strategic HR consultation critical to driving business value and creating a bestinclass employee experience. The selected candidate will be a selfstarting individual who possesses resiliency and adaptability to adjust to change and is an actionbased problem solver that exercises strong judgement with the effective delivery of HR policy practices and processes

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Strong relationship management and consultation skills

  • Business acumen and overall curiosity of the business

  • Excellent verbal written and presentation skills with highimpact communication style

This position can be based in Renton WA; Everett WA Seattle WA; Hazelwood MO; Berkeley MO.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR consultation with leadership on workforce strategies aligned to organizational objectives and serve as an advisor to management on complex HR matters

  • Provide consultation and coaching to employees at all levels (executive management and nonmanagement) on HR practices policy and processes

  • Partner with Labor Relations Legal and/or Corporate Investigations on workforce matters

  • Provide analysis and recommendations to maintain high levels of engagement and inclusion

  • Facilitate action planning and followthrough with partners

  • Enable organizational health by facilitating actions with the business and HR COE teammates

  • Develop and implement HR actions inclusive of performance management compensation organization design talent management succession planning change management and workforce planning

  • Lead HR initiatives/projects and partner with leadership to design and implement workforce (union and nonunion) strategies to meet organization objectives

  • Utilize conflict resolution techniques to support team cohesion

  • Leverage data analytics for decision making and sustaining organizational health


BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3 years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

  • 3 years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs policies practices and processes

  • 3 years of experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders

  • 5 years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

  • 5 years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Human Resources certification

  • 5 years of experience resolving employee relations issues

  • 5 years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives

  • 5 years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

  • 3 years of experience working for a large employer with both union and nonunion populations

  • 3 years of experience in a role supporting union populations/Collective Bargaining Agreements

  • Experience using analytics and data to drive leaders to decisions

  • Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
