Santikos Collection is seeking a talented and dedicated Cook C to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role you will assist in the preparation and cooking of delightful meals that create memorable experiences for our guests. You will work in a fastpaced kitchen environment where teamwork and creativity are essential.
As a Cook C you will be involved in various cooking processes including cleaning chopping and preparing ingredients as well as cooking menu items under the supervision of senior kitchen staff. This entrylevel position is perfect for those looking to advance their culinary skills and knowledge within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals under the guidance of experienced chefs.
- Prepare ingredients by washing chopping and measuring.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies.
- Support other kitchen staff as needed and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety guidelines.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff.
- Strong communication skills and a teamoriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for culinary arts and a desire to grow within the industry.
